JoeLister doesn't consider an item "ordered" until it has been fully paid for by your buyer. Until then, it will show as "Unpaid" in JoeLister. JoeLister will only place the fulfillment order in Amazon when the sale is shown as "Paid."
Please first check the status of the payment of the item on eBay's portal. Make sure you've set your business policies to "require immediate payment" in your JOELISTER_PAYMENT_PROFILE to lessen the possibility of double selling the item on Amazon while payment pending on eBay. 3) Screenshot of payment clearance
4) The URL of the order page on eBay, so we can pull the transaction ID from it
