JoeLister currently makes updates with the following frequency:

Sync quantity between Amazon and eBay (after an eBay sale, Amazon sale, or any other reason your inventory would change) |
Every 10 minutes |
| Fulfill order for a JoeLister item placed on eBay | Every 10 minutes |
| Upload tracking to eBay | Every 30 minutes |
| Import inventory for the first time | Up to 6 hours |
If you have new inventory and you don't want to wait 12 hours for it to show up, you can click "Force Inventory Update" on the settings page.
You should never be manually updating your eBay quantity, delisting items because they sold, or creating fulfillment orders.
Still not seeing an update?
Check if your buyer has paid yet- we don't ship the order until the payment has been received.
If you did receive payment, then for some reason we did not receive notification of it. This might be because of a disconnect in Paypal, etc. Please check that the Paypal information in the "Settings > Account & Payment" tab is correct, and that eBay is allowing payments to be sent outwards toward that Paypal.
