First, you will need to be on a JoeLister subscription for JoeLister to bring in your latest inventory over from Amazon. If you just signed up and connected your Amazon account, allow JoeLister up to 24 hours for your inventory to populate in the Amazon Inventory tab.
Next, make sure that your item is active in Amazon Seller Central and your FBA dashboard isn't showing any errors for that item. JoeLister won't show items that haven't yet arrived at FBA warehouses — basically, we only show those items that you can currently ship from FBA.
If MFN items are not showing up make sure you've selected "Merchant" or "All" for the Inventory Filter on the "Amazon Inventory" tab.
You can also view items with Zero Quantity in JoeLister using the "Zero Qty" filter. Toggle the view of these items by selecting "Show" or "Hide" in the Zero Quantity filter drop down menu.
If items are still not showing up, see here for information on how to force an inventory update.
Once you've tried all the above, and if you still don't see your items, file a support ticket with us including the ASIN, SKU, any quantity of the item(s) not appearing for further investigation.
If your items have suddenly disappeared from view in JoeLister when they were there before, please check the following:
1) Is there anything typed into your JoeLister search bar at the top right corner of your Amazon Inventory or eBay Listings page? If so, delete any characters from search bar and press "Return"/"Enter" on keyboard.
2) Are the view settings at the top of the Amazon Inventory page set to "All"?
3) There is a filter on Amazon Inventory page for Merchant or Amazon fulfilled items. Please make sure you have the correct one selected.
