If the answer is not available in the help articles, gather all the information you have about the problem, including (if applicable):
- ASIN, eBay item number, and/or SKU of the affected item(s). If this problem affects all items, include one or two that we can look at as representative examples of the issue.
- transaction number if the issue concerns a sale
- screenshots
- Your email address associated with your JoeLister account, if you are sending the request from a different address
Be very specific about the expected behavior (what you think the program should be doing) and the actual behavior (what you see actually happening).
Once you have all this information, file a support ticket here. The more descriptive you are of the problem, the faster we'll be able to solve it for you.
