How Do I Prevent Orders from Buyers With PO Boxes?

You can prevent orders from PO Boxes by editing the JOELISTER_SHIPPING_PROFILE within your Business Policies Profile page on eBay.

First, click "Edit" on your JOELISTER_SHIPPING_PROFILE and scroll to the very bottom of the page to find "Create exclusion list" as seen in screenshot below.

Next, a pop up window will show all shipping exclusions you can edit. Select the PO BOX box at the very bottom of the pop up window and click "Apply" and then "Save" to prevent future orders with PO Boxes.
