The only time JoeLister will ever set a price on your eBay listing is when you initially click "Publish," or if you click "Revise" from your Amazon Inventory page.
JoeLister will never automatically change your prices. If you're using the Automatic Repricing feature in your Advanced Settings, then the price on Amazon may have changed to trigger a subsequent repricing of your item on eBay. Read more about our Automatic Repricing feature here.
Otherwise, someone, or something (maybe your pet cat?) must physically click "Revise" from JoeLister in order for JoeLister to make a price change on your eBay listing.
We offer our users the ability to list items in bulk to make listing faster, but use this at your own risk! We still recommend that you double check all of your prices before you publish. This is because Amazon has been known to, sometimes, temporarily report incorrect prices for your items, and JoeLister relies on these reports from Amazon to retrieve prices for your inventory.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for listings that get published and sold at the wrong price. If you spot an item in which JoeLister pulls in the wrong original Amazon price for an item, please send a ticket to support with details on the item, so we can look at what happened before you publish it! Or, simply manually edit the price to the correct number in the pop-up listing tool before you publish.
