PLEASE NOTE: eBay errors are common. If your item is showing "Failed to List" after attempting to list, you can learn more by clicking on the item receiving error to see what eBay is asking from your listing under 'eBay Status'.
This error occurs when your eBay account has been disconnected. This can happen if your eBay password, store name, or user name has been changed.
To resolve this error, you will need to re-authorize your eBay account with JoeLister. You can re-authorize in your Settings here. List the item again, after you re-authorize your eBay account.
Disconnections can happen for other reasons, too; if you receive the error again, file a support ticket and we can force a re-authorization for you.
