Shipping Options
By default, JoeLister offers three shipping options to your eBay buyers:
Standard Shipping
This option is offered for free (it is automatically included in the cost of your eBay item). eBay advertises it as 1-6 business days transit time.
If a buyer selects Standard Shipping, Joe will fulfill the order using Amazon's "Standard" option. Amazon advertises that your buyer should receive the order 3-5 business days after shipment (and 1 day processing time).
Expedited Shipping
If a buyer selects this option, Joe fulfills the order using FBA's two day (aka "expedited") option. eBay advertises it as 1-4 business days transit time. The cost of this option on your listing is calculated by getting FBAs shipping cost estimate for two day shipping and subtracting the cost of FBAs shipping cost estimate for standard shipping (since JoeLister built the cost of the standard shipping into your item price). In your shipping policy, this will have a default price of $40, but that price gets overridden on a per-item basis.
For the UK, choose "Other 48 hour courier" in your shipping policy profile if it is not already set.
One-Day Shipping
If a buyer selects this option, Joe fulfills the order using FBA's next day (aka "priority") option. eBay advertises it as 1 business day transit time. The cost of this option on your listing is calculated by getting FBAs shipping cost estimate for next day shipping and subtracting the cost of FBAs shipping cost estimate for standard shipping (since JoeLister built the cost of the standard shipping into your item price). In your shipping policy, this will have a default price of $80, but that price gets overridden on a per-item basis.
For the UK, choose "Other 24 hour courier" in your shipping policy profile if it is not already set.

Making Changes
- If you would prefer not to offer the Expedited and Priority shipping options, you may simply remove those options from the JoeLister shipping policy profile.
- In some rare cases, JoeLister may not not have received shipping cost estimates from Amazon by the time the eBay listing is created. In these cases, the cost of the Expedited and Priority options is set to $40 and $80. You can change these values in the JoeLister shipping policy profile, but do not change the $0 cost of Standard shipping. You can also change the shipping prices on a per-listing basis for these items.
- Please do not add additional shipping options to your listings. If the buyer purchases the item using a method unrecognized to JoeLister, it will automatically be fulfilled using the "Standard" shipping option.
- If you would like to make more profit when a buyer chooses expedited or priority shipping, you can use these boxes under "Advanced Settings":
Adjusting Pricing for Free Expedited Shipping
By default, JoeLister uses free standard shipping rates in the Smart Pricing Tool.
If you decide to offer free expedited or 1-day shipping on eBay, you can set "fixed margin" values in JoeLister's Smart Pricing Tool to help you recalculate prices for special shipping:
1. Go to Settings > Advanced Settings
2. Scroll down to "Pricing Formula"
3. Select "Fixed Margin Pricing"
4. Set fixed margin to the difference in price between faster shipping and the default standard shipping.
Currently, expedited shipping is about $7.50, and 1-day shipping is about $14.50. Subtract the default shipping provided by JoeLister from this to obtain your Fixed Margin amount. For more precise prices: see Amazon's FBA shipping fee specifications
