Amazon MCF will not ship certain items to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or APO/FPO addresses. So it may be your preference to simply block sales to these locations.
You can do that by editing your JOELISTER_SHIPPING_PROFILE on eBay.
First go to your eBay Business Profiles:

Once there, find and click "Edit" on your JOELISTER_SHIPPING_PROFILE:
At the bottom of the page you will see a section titled 'Exclude shipping locations'. Click "Edit exclusions list" to edit these settings. In the pop-up window, select the locations you wish to exclude:
Click the "Apply" button and then click the "Save" button at the bottom of the profile page.
If you have items already listed, then you will need to click "Confirm" to enforce the policy changes to your current listings:
