This error occurs because your PayPal email address is either:
- Not entered into your JOELISTER_PAYMENT_PROFILE on eBay
- Is misspelled in your JOELISTER_PAYMENT_PROFILE on eBay
- Your PayPal address has not been verified. You can verify your PayPal by adding a bank account number.
