PLEASE NOTE: eBay errors are common. If your item is showing "Failed to List" after attempting to list, you can learn more by clicking on the item receiving error to see what eBay is asking from your listing under 'eBay Status'.
There are various ways to resolve this error. One or all methods may be required to resolve this eBay error. Please read through article to see both resolves.
First, you will need to select a country from the list for the "Ship From" setting that can be found in your Advanced Settings on JoeLister.
If you sell MFN items and ship through your own warehouse - enter the zip code where your warehouse/shipping facility is located.
SECOND RESOLVE: When you get the postal code error, you may also need to update your JOELISTER_SHIPPING_PROFILE eBay business profile on eBay.
Your JOELISTER_SHIPPING_PROFILE should be set to "Flat:..." in the setting shown in the screenshot below. If you have set to "Calculated," then eBay will not know where your FBA inventory is located, and the listings will fail. Once the setting is set to "Flat," then you should be able to list normally.
